*Helpful tips for those coming to “Bus Boo!:*
1. Plan for all of your meals except for Saturday night. We are having our annual Buses By the Beach Chilli Cook Off!
2. Alcohol is permitted but obnoxious drunks are not. Let’s have a good time but please be responsible.
3. New this year will be a “family section” that is close to the bathrooms and playgrounds and is designed to be a quite area after 9:00pm. When you check in just let the office know that you would like to be in the family section.
4. Saturday night is our annual Halloween before Halloween costume and site decoration contest. Bring a costume, decorate your site and let’s have some fun!
5. Park where ever it makes your VW happy. We have the whole area reserved so we do not have to park on designated camping sites.
6. Electricity and water will be very limited. You might get lucky and get a spot next to a hook up. Try to plan for primitive camping. We need to make sure those with special needs (i.e. Sleep Apnea machines) have electricity first. not having hookups so we can save those spots for those that absolutely need it.
7. Please feel free to bring an instrument play. Don’t worry about your ability level. We are not concerned about sounding good, just feeling good!
8. *Please do not bring firewood!* We do not want to contribute to the spreading the Emerald Ash Borer.
9. Kids are welcome. Grand Rogue Campground is a very kid friendly campground so feel free to bring bikes or toys for them to play with. We will be located right next to a playground and restrooms.
10. AJ’s Family Fun Center is a few miles away. They have go-carts, mini-golf, large video arcade, and other games to keep the family entertained. More info at www.ajsfamilyfun.com/
