Thanks everyone for another great Bus Benefit! We had a great time connecting with new and old friends and enjoying Brien's homebrew and the great music! So - Who is up for more bus gathering and music? June 3-6 is the Niles bluegrass festival this year- check out the line up at nilesbluegrass.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1Word is no minglewood this year, but there is camping in the park about 600 feet from mainstage and 300 feet from wonderland stage- $25 for the whole weekend- dry camping- and the best part is that is the only cost- the festival is FREE! There is also a local, private campground about 3 miles away if people want more privacy- it has hookups, showers etc but is $35 to 40 a night and obviously have to drive or bike in for the music. Jodie and I will probably do the usual -set up a base camp at the festival campground and come and go as we have local commitments that weekend- but consider Clyde the white hitop as the beacon for all buses- I will tell the boyscouts running the camping to let any and all buses gather around our camp as a base and for parking- if you are not staying the night just give them a donation for parking. Our house is only a mile away from the festival so if anyone needs anything our door is open. our home phone is 269-684-4642 and jodie's cell is 269-240-4856 Lets get some vans together and show Niles what Bus Life is all about!
