Howdy y'all!
I'm thinking about making the trek from the Chicago suburbs to Angola for the February event.
This will be my first BBTB event and I'm wondering who's planning on going and what to expect (other than cold and many fires).
Fees?
Keep the greasy side down!

Hi, Matt:
Pete here. Bus BRR is a really fun event. I will be posting a head's up soon on the bus email lists and here on the forum about the times. Bus Burr is February 10th and 11th. The past two years, we have rolled in from South Bend at around 1:00pm, set up our crock pot chili, lined the poptops with mylar and got the electric heaters going. We then have a brew and head for the tobaggan run for 2-3 hours. after some cool runs, we head back to the campsite for hot chili, more brew and lots of bus talk around the fire. It is great fun for February. The brunch at the Inn on Sunday is really good, too!
Feel free to call me with any questions. My cell phone is: (574) 286-0848 and my email is pnoceanwesty@gmail.com.

Braving the elements today to get the new tranny in Brown Betty. Hoping all goes well and we'll be on the road in a few hours.

Pete,
Congratulations Mr. President! saw you in the paper the other day... For those who don't get the S.B Tribune becuase they live in GR or something... Pete is the new pres. of South Bend Rotary...hey I have a rotary engine in the Rx-7... does that make me a member? Anyway, looking at the forecast for Angola this weekend (high of 18, low of 2) I don't think I am quite tough enough for that, kids would probably be fine but I turn to ice below 20 degrees! Have a great time (I know you will) and stay warm!
Cheers, Dan the syncro man.
